The training will cover use of the basic Core Values Index (CVI™) System in all aspects of business optimization and management, coaching, development and leadership.
Training Content
Day One
8:00- 8:30 Continental Breakfast and Networking
Morning Session
The morning session takes participants through the basics of the CVI™, the only human assessment that characterizes and measures Maslow’s “…innate unchanging nature of a person.”
This session will help each participant to understand the CVI™ and the Human Operating System that the CVI™ has revealed. Each person will understand his own Core Values Nature, and how this innate nature is wired to operate. Most importantly, it explains the inherent life challenges the Core Values Nature™ reveals.
Afternoon Session
The afternoon session will take each participant through a mastery level process of coaching others to fully understand their CVI™ results. It will also teach how, in less than thirty minutes, to guide any other person through the process of identifying all of the following elements revealed by the CVI™:
- Basic Core Value Nature
- Built-in Life Challenge
- Highest and Best contribution
- Deepest Fears and how they drive dysfunction
- Negative conflict Strategies
Day Two
8:00- 8:30 Continental Breakfast and Networking
Morning Session
The morning session is a sharing of personal life challenges as understood through the CVI™ scores of each participant, with one-to-one and group coaching sessions to develop skill and confidence in participants in the use of the CVI™. Potential applications of the CVI will be explored, including the Taylor Protocols which looks at hiring, human capital alignment and audits, team profiles, coaching, etc.
Afternoon Session
The afternoon session is a practical business workshop designed to show participants how to most effectively integrate the CVI™ into his/her business,based on who they are, and where there are opportunities to optimize both themselves and their clients to make them more productive and profitable.
